Erin M. Hayes

Erin M. Hayes, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate in the Transactional Group at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP since November 2016, focusing on commercial real estate and title issues. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at Stewart Title, including Branch Manager, where oversight of daily operations and management of title and closing issues were key responsibilities, as well as gaining extensive knowledge in the title industry as a Title Officer/Escrow Agent. Erin's earlier experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Claims Administrative Assistant, providing support in file production, closings, and litigation claims. Erin obtained a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
