Richard B. Klein

Richard B. Klein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the judicial system. Currently serving as Of Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP since January 2023, Richard provides insights as a retired judge, mediator, arbitrator, and appellate and trial consultant. From 2010 to 2022, Richard was associated with the Dispute Resolution Institute in similar roles. Richard served as a Judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2009 and has a long tenure as a Trial Court Judge at the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas from 1976 to 2001, where Richard developed innovative mass tort programs. Richard B. Klein holds a JD with Honors from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, from Amherst College.
