Nikitha Bhatlapenumarthy

Nikitha Bhatlapenumarthy has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2005. Nikitha began their career as a Sr. Test Lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2011, they joined Bank of America as a Manager, where they handled vendors/contractors, operated teams from remote locations, acted as a single point of contact for offshore testing, and handled system integration, regression, use acceptance, and automation testing. In 2015, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Manager of Analytics. In 2016, they joined CGI as a Testing Manager. Most recently, Nikitha has been the Head of Compliance & Product Quality and QA Test Manager at MDOps since 2018.

Nikitha Bhatlapenumarthy received a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2009, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Osmania University in 2005. Additionally, Nikitha holds ITIL Foundation Level Certification from Axelos, obtained in October 2016, as well as ISTQB certification.
