Natalia Bily (Konovalova)

Natalia Bily (Konovalova) has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Natalia started their career as a Graphic Designer at Varnish Studios in 2011. Natalia then worked as a Creative Coordinator at Kid's for Peace in 2012. Natalia also had a brief freelance role as a Graphic Designer at Jess3 in the same year. Natalia continued their career as an Art Instructor at City Art Works before becoming a Graphic Designer at Spearhead Creative from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they served as an Art Director at SPARQ1200. From 2017 to 2018, Natalia worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at CymMetrik Enterprise Co., Ltd. and then moved on to become an Art Director at UNLEADED from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Thrasio as a Senior Art Director and is currently working there. Natalia's most recent position is as a Senior Art Director at MDR, which they started in 2022.
