Adam Rose

Adam Rose is a partner at Mishcon de Reya, specializing in IT, commercial contracts, and information law since September 2013. Previously, Adam held a partner position at BLP for 23 years, focusing on outsourcing, IT, and complex commercial contracts. Adam also serves as the chair of the International Bar Association's technology law committee's data and governance subcommittee from March 2022 to March 2024 and was the chair of trustees for HIAS+JCORE from March 2018 to September 2023. Adam's educational background includes a Certificate of Higher Education Open from The Open University, an LLM in IP and IT Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completion of the Law Society Final Examination at The University of Law, and a BA in Accounting and Law from The University of Manchester.
