Anne Coles has extensive experience in knowledge management within the legal sector, currently serving as Knowledge Manager - Academy at Mishcon de Reya LLP since January 2014. In this role, Anne is tasked with ensuring technical excellence by managing and facilitating knowledge, legal research, and compliance training. Prior to this, Anne held various positions at Gowling WLG, including Senior Knowledge Analyst in Risk & Compliance and Knowledge Officer, starting in July 2005 and concluding in December 2013. Anne Coles holds an MA in Library & Information Studies from UCL and a BA Hons in History from the University of York, complemented by foundational education at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.
