Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams serves as the Head of Technology Group at Mishcon de Reya LLP, leading the practice in fostering relationships with a diverse range of technology clients, from startups to multinational corporations. With an extensive background in technology law, Ashley has held significant roles, including a Tech Partner and Co-Lead of the Tech Transactions Group at Taylor Vinters, prior to the merger with Mishcon de Reya. Previous experience includes senior associate positions focusing on intellectual property, IT, and data protection at JAG Shaw Baker and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, as well as a role at Addleshaw Goddard. Ashley holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property from the University of Oxford and has contributed to various sectors, advising on compliance, technology negotiations, and intellectual property management while actively participating in industry discussions on emerging technology topics.
