Campbell Forsyth

Campbell Forsyth is a distinguished patent litigator with an extensive legal career, currently serving as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since February 2022. Forsyth also holds positions as a Deputy High Court Judge and Deputy District Judge at the Ministry of Justice UK since October 2019. Previously, Forsyth was a Partner at Dentons, leading patent litigation across Europe from April 2016 to February 2022, and held the same role at King & Wood Mallesons and Olswang LLP from August 2014 to April 2016 and April 2011 to August 2014, respectively. Forsyth's educational background includes a Master's degree in Natural Science from the University of Cambridge and significant qualifications in law, including Barrister training and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of London.
