Charlotte Braine

Charlotte Braine is a Managing Associate at Mishcon de Reya LLP since May 2021, having previously served as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as Legal Counsel - Construction at HB Reavis from September 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included the negotiation and drafting of construction documents and assisting with the tender process. Prior to HB Reavis, Charlotte was an Associate at Clifford Chance from February 2016 to September 2019, which involved roles in Construction and Litigation and Dispute Resolution as a Trainee Solicitor. Additional experience includes a secondee position as a Construction Lawyer at Cleveland Clinic and various legal roles at Core-Asset Consulting and Bond Dickinson LLP. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Newcastle University and completed the Legal Practical Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law.
