Claire Yorke

Claire Yorke is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as Partner and Head of the Family NCDR Group at Mishcon de Reya since November 2008. Yorke specializes in advising high net worth clients on the financial implications of relationship breakdowns, focusing on areas such as trusts, corporate assets, crypto assets, inherited wealth, and complex remuneration structures, as well as addressing allegations of non-disclosure or dissipation. Additionally, Yorke has a robust wealth protection practice, guiding clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Previously, Yorke worked as a Solicitor at Birketts LLP from October 2006 to November 2008 and began a legal career at Willans LLP, completing a training contract and qualifying as a Family Solicitor in 2006. Educationally, Yorke earned an LPC in Law from Cardiff University and an LLB Hons in Law from Swansea University.
