Emily Bueno

Emily Bueno is a Managing Associate in the Private Wealth Disputes team at Mishcon de Reya LLP, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this role, Emily served as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Payne Hicks Beach, where training included various legal disciplines such as Dispute Resolution and Private Client. Emily has substantial experience in managing complex, high-value disputes and transactions related to estate and wealth planning. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bristol and an Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Additionally, Emily holds Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in English Literature from Trinity College Dublin and Newcastle University, respectively and achieved three A Grades at A Level from Sherborne School for Girls.
