Emily Knight

Emily Knight is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since March 2018, Emily has also held roles as Of Counsel, Managing Associate, and Employment Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Solicitor in the Employment Department at Clyde & Co LLP from September 2011 to February 2018, alongside completing a Trainee Solicitor program with varied seating in Professional and Commercial Disputes, Commercial and Intellectual Property, Employment, and Reinsurance. Emily holds a Legal Practice Course degree and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, as well as a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
