Hugh Tebay

Hugh Tebay is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property law. Currently a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since January 2023, Hugh previously served as a Partner in the Commercial and Technology Team at Taylor Vinters and held similar positions at Knights plc and BrookStreet des Roches LLP, where Hugh also led the Commercial and IP teams. As a founding Partner of the specialist IP firm Sipara, Hugh contributed significantly to the field before his tenure at Rouse, where Hugh was a key Executive managing the Oxford Office. Early career experiences include roles as an Associate at Dallas Brett and as an Assistant Solicitor and Trainee at Slaughter and May. Hugh obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and is an alumnus of The University of Law and Tonbridge School.
