James England

James England is a managing associate at Mishcon de Reya LLP, where they focus on employment-related disputes, conducting complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal and EAT. Their experience includes advocacy in tribunals, high-profile High Court litigation, and sensitive workplace investigations. Previously, James held associate roles at Eversheds Sutherland and completed a trainee solicitor position at Gateley, where they enjoyed various practice areas.
