Jenny Vipond

Jenny (Hindley) Vipond is a Managing Associate and Associate Solicitor at Mishcon de Reya LLP since August 2017, specializing in Commercial Litigation with expertise in family business disputes. Jenny is also the founder and co-chair of Greener Litigation. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Assistant for HM Courts & Tribunals Service where insight into court processes and legal research was gained, and roles as a trainee solicitor that encompassed various legal disciplines including private commercial litigation, international arbitration, family law, and immigration. Prior to a legal career, Jenny held editorial positions at Palgrave Macmillan, commissioning and managing university-level textbooks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Oxford, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
