Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Mishcon de Reya LLP since September 2022, Jessica previously worked at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP for nearly eight years, first as an Associate in the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency team and later as a Legal Executive in the Litigation Dispute division. This role was established following the merger of Charles Russell and Speechly Bircham in November 2014. Jessica's areas of expertise include contentious matters involving bankruptcies, administrations, liquidations, and debt recovery actions. Jessica began the legal career as a Paralegal and progressed through the ranks while acquiring comprehensive knowledge through education at institutions such as The University of Law and De Montfort University, culminating in qualifications including the Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law.
