Paul McLoughlin

Paul McLoughlin is an experienced English law solicitor with over 20 years of expertise in debt finance, restructuring, insolvency, and commercial law. Currently a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since September 2020, Paul focuses on providing practical and strategically viable solutions for clients navigating complex legal and financial environments. Previously, Paul served as a Partner at Hogan Lovells from January 2004 to September 2020, specializing in domestic and cross-border debt finance, banking, restructuring, insolvency, and loan portfolio transactions. Early career experience includes a role as a Solicitor at Clifford Chance from January 2000 to January 2004. Paul holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Law from Durham University and a BA (Hons) in Law and Politics from Keele University.
