Richard Trainer

Richard Trainer is a legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since November 2021, after holding the position of Legal Director from 2017 and Managing Associate prior to that. Previous roles include Solicitor at Herbert Smith from March 2007 to August 2008 and Barrister & Solicitor at Minter Ellison in Australia and New Zealand from December 2000 to February 2004. Richard Trainer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 1994 and 1999, and has further education from ACFE.
