Sarah Houghton

Sarah Houghton is a legal professional with extensive experience in competition law. Currently, Sarah serves as a Partner and Head of Competition at Mishcon de Reya LLP, a position held since March 2013 after previous roles, including Managing Associate within the same firm's Competition Team. Prior to this, Sarah was an Associate in the EU, Competition and Trade Team at DLA Piper from January 2008 to March 2013. Sarah began her career as a Solicitor at Bell Gully from 2004 to 2007, focusing on commercial litigation, competition law, and international trade. Academically, Sarah holds a Master's degree in EU Competition Law from King's College London and a combined LLB (Hons) and B.Com in Law and Economics from the University of Auckland.
