Si Wei Chua

Si Wei Chua is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since March 2023, Si Wei Chua previously held the position of Counsel at White & Case LLP from April 2017 to March 2023. Prior to this, Si Wei Chua was an Associate at Clifford Chance Pte Ltd between November 2011 and March 2017, and worked as an Executive in Private Funds & Investor Relations at Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd from July 2010 to October 2011. Si Wei Chua began the legal career as an Associate at Allen & Gledhill from June 2009 to June 2010. Education includes a Law degree from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2008, after attending Raffles Institution from 2000 to 2001.
