Eloy Ortiz Oakley

Eloy Oakley serves as President & CEO of College Futures Foundation, focusing on equitable access to higher education in California and nationally. As Regent Emeritus of the University of California, Eloy Oakley previously contributed eight years to the Board of Regents, appointed by Governor Jerry Brown. Additional leadership roles include membership on the Board of Trustees for UC Irvine and Alliant International University, as well as board positions with Western Governors University and MDRC. Eloy Oakley advises several organizations, including Guild Education, OpenClassrooms, and Certree. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BA from UC Irvine.
