Hussein Yatim

Hussein Yatim has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a Research Assistant for UMass Medical School in both Microbiology and Physiological Systems and Molecular Medicine. In 2012, they continued to work for UMass Medical School as a Research Assistant in Cancer Biology. In 2013, they worked as an Accountant Administrator for Yatco Energy, a Stock Clerk I for KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc., and a Verification & Validation Engineer I (Contractor) for Draeger. From 2014 to 2020, Hussein worked for Boston Scientific as a Senior Design Quality Engineer, Design Quality Engineer II, and participated in the Engineering Development & Growth Experience (EDGE) program. Finally, in 2021, they became the Co-Founder of MDRisks and Vice President of Yatco.

Hussein Yatim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2013. Hussein then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2014. Hussein also holds a certification in Quality System Requirements and Industry Practice from AAMI.
