Troy Schultz currently serves as the Manager of Instrumentation at MDS Aero Support Corporation since June 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Manager for OEM & Capital Projects at RGL Reservoir Management Inc. from October 2007 to January 2019, where management of engineers, tradesmen, and programmers involved designing and constructing manufacturing machinery for sand control pipe production. Troy also held the position of Electrical Engineer/Project Manager at RGL, focusing on electrical control systems for manufacturing machines utilizing Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi technologies. Earlier, Troy worked as an Electrical Engineer (EIT) at Beaubien Glover Maskell Engineering, specializing in new construction and tenant renovations. Academically, Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and pursued various professional development courses, including Lean Culture, Leadership Development, and Finance for Non-Financial Managers.
