Graduated in Mathematics from Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz, in São Paulo, Rogério Lemes has more than 27 years of experience in the automobile insurance market, working in the areas of products, pricing, underwriting and statistics.

Having worked for companies such as BCN Seguradora, Zurich Seguros, Mapfre, RSA Seguros, Generali; and, more recently, Globus Seguros, the professional has been responsible for the areas, Transport, Auto Fleet, RD Equipment and Retail, since 2018.
