Previously, Jaouad held the position of Finance Director at MEDLOG Transport & Logistics, where focus was on growth and the establishment of formal processes. With notable experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Jaouad contributed significantly as CFO for Southern Africa and was a Board Member across multiple regional boards. Additional roles include financial control and internal audit positions at BNP Paribas and Honda Motor Europe. Jaouad holds two Master's degrees in Finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management.
