Renee Plato

Renee Plato has held various executive roles in the media and entertainment industry. Renee began their career in 2005 as the Director of Digital Business Development at Universal Music Group. In 2006, they joined Sony Music Entertainment as the Senior Director of Business Development Global Digital Business. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Vice President of Digital Video Distribution and New Products at Disney, ABC, and ESPN Media Networks. In 2013, they founded Plato Advisors, LLC, a strategic advisory firm. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Senior Vice President of Media Analytic Consulting and Senior Vice President of Media Solutions and Innovation at Nielsen. Most recently, they were the Chief Executive Officer at MDSolarSciences.

Renee Plato obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Minnesota. Renee then went on to attend Harvard Business School, where they completed an Executive Negotiation program from the Center for Management Resources.
