Anthony D. Foti

Anthony D. Foti serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at MDU Resources Group, Inc. Previously, Anthony held several prominent roles at Foot Locker, including Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Corporate Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Additionally, Anthony served as Corporate Secretary for the Foot Locker Foundation. Earlier in their career, Anthony worked as a Managing Associate in Corporate & Securities at Dentons and as an Associate in Capital Markets at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
