Brad Walker is an experienced professional in operations and financial support within the defense sector, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at MDW Associates since August 2012, where involvement includes planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for clients like the Missile Defense Agency and NASA. Prior roles include Senior Analyst positions at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. and Paradigm, focusing on budget preparation for the Missile Defense Agency, as well as business development for Boeing's Ground-based Missile Defense System. A former Senior Analyst at SAIC provided support on defense policy issues, and extensive service in the US Navy included roles such as Executive Officer on two ballistic missile submarines and various leadership positions influencing submarine tactics and operations. Brad Walker holds a Master of Science in National Security Policy Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.

MDW Associates is a small service oriented company founded in 2012 to provide advice, analysis and daily assistance to Federal Government clients. Our mission is to make our clients more successful by providing honest assessments, exceptional analysis, prudent advice, direct communication and hard work. We, the founders of MDW Associates, have been providing our advice and analysis to the Missile Defense Agency and its predecessor organizations for more than a combined 30 years. As industry professionals, we have also advised the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of the Navy.
