Gregory Jones

Gregory Jones is a highly experienced professional in the fields of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data engineering. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Developer at MDW Associates, LLC since May 2024, Gregory has also held multiple significant positions, including Senior Data Engineer at SemanticBits and Senior Python Developer at ECS. With a career spanning over a decade, Gregory has been a member of Jones GIS Consultants LLC since April 2014, worked as a GIS Specialist/Developer at the Center for Defense Integrated Data, and contributed as a Remote Sensing/GIS Analyst at the Trent Lott Geospatial Visualization Research Center. Educationally, Gregory holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Jackson State University.
