Tim Wilde has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tim currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at MDW Associates, LLC since February 2019. Tim also holds the position of Managing Executive at MM Technologies since June 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked at ECS, where they held various positions including Senior Vice President of Science and Engineering from January 2018 to February 2019, and Vice President of Technology Integration & Science from February 2016 to January 2018. Tim also served as Vice President of Solutions Development & Integration Division from February 2014 to February 2016, and as Vice President of Defense Agencies Division from January 2012 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, Tim worked at Paradigm Technologies, Inc as Vice President from December 2006 to February 2012, Program Manager from 2005 to 2006, Technical Advisor from 2003 to 2005, and Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2003.
Tim Wilde obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Salisbury University. Tim completed their undergraduate education at Salisbury University from 1992 to 1996.

MDW Associates is a small service oriented company founded in 2012 to provide advice, analysis and daily assistance to Federal Government clients. Our mission is to make our clients more successful by providing honest assessments, exceptional analysis, prudent advice, direct communication and hard work. We, the founders of MDW Associates, have been providing our advice and analysis to the Missile Defense Agency and its predecessor organizations for more than a combined 30 years. As industry professionals, we have also advised the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of the Navy.
