Rachel Maxey has accumulated significant experience in customer service and community outreach through various roles at MDwise, Inc. and MDwise Marketplace from January 2015 to January 2024. Starting as a Customer Service Team Lead, Rachel transitioned to an Outreach Coordinator and later served as a Community Engagement Manager, Community Engagement Supervisor, and Outreach Supervisor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Martin University, Rachel has focused on combining management skills with community service initiatives within the healthcare sector.
