Frank Stefan

Frank Stefan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the President of M-E Engineers, Inc. since 1997, Frank has demonstrated a solid track record in overseeing diverse engineering projects. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Senior Associate at Levine/Seegel Associates from 1986 to 1997, contributing as a Design Engineer and Project Manager. Frank's career also includes work as a Mechanical Designer at Sullivan & Associates and as a Mechanical Engineer/Manager at Ken Pearson & Associates. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from California State University, Long Beach.
