Thia Richards

Thia Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thia started their career in 1990 at Smith and Nephew as a Development Technologist, where they specialized in developing operating gowns and drapes for specific medical procedures. Thia also established tests for various materials. After working at Smith and Nephew for over a year, Thia moved on to Marks and Spencer in 1992. At Marks and Spencer, they held various roles, including Product Technologist and International Technologist. Thia worked in these roles for a total of 23 years until 2015. In 2016, Thia joined Amazon as a Consultant Fit Technologist, where they worked for about a year. Thia'smost recent position was at Me Learning Ltd, where they started in 2018. Thia initially worked as a QA Tester and later transitioned to the role of Financial Assistant in August 2019. Thia's work experience demonstrates their versatility and adaptability in various industries and roles.

Thia Richards attended Nottingham Trent University from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Textile Technology and Chartered Accountancy. Following this, they enrolled at Shrewsbury 6th Form College to complete their A Levels. Thia also attended Shrewsbury College for Arts and Technology, where they took an Arts Foundation course with a focus on Graphics, Fine Art, and Textiles. Lastly, they completed their O Levels at Shrewsbury High School for Girls.
