Jennifer Noel, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Me & My Big Ideas, LLC since July 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at TYR Sport, Inc., where responsibilities included managing multi-state HR operations and collaborating with the executive team to develop policies and procedures. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Human Resources Generalist for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and a Recruiter at Howroyd Group, as well as a Certified Corporate Trainer for Claim Jumper Restaurants. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from California State University, Fullerton, graduated in 2005.
