The Communications and Project Management Team at ME&A, Inc. is responsible for overseeing project coordination, delivery, and effective communication strategies. They manage client relationships, ensure timely and successful project execution, develop and disseminate training and communication materials, particularly for initiatives like USAID's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Initiative, and facilitate internal and external communications to support and promote ME&A's mission and projects globally.
