Alysha Tharani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alysha most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the Kids Competitions App, Cliff. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Communications Officer at Meaww, a digital media and entertainment publishing house. Alysha also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PubNinja Academy. Additionally, Alysha worked as a co-founder and advisor for The Sisters Secrets, an online YouTube channel promoting healthy lifestyles. Alysha founded and served as the Chief Ideator of RAW Dreams, a futurist education and skills consultancy. Alysha also gained experience as a Fellow at Future India Fellowship, a research-based role where they studied transitions in India. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Associate at Step Ahead Business Consultancy and held roles in business development and innovations at ACT Industries and Pinnacle the Peak. Alysha started their career as a writer for The Hindu.

Alysha Tharani began their education in 2003 at the Meridian School for Boys and Girls, where they studied until 2005. In 2007, they enrolled in the FLAME School of Liberal Education, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing and Economics in 2011. In 2012, Alysha attended CEPT University to study Urban Infrastructure Planning, completing their studies in 2013.
