Marty Kemps, P.E. is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with project management experience in dam and hydropower projects. Marty has expertise in FERC approved Independent Consulting, dam design/rehabilitation, construction inspection, and earthen embankment analyses/design. Marty also served as a Project Manager at River Valley Testing Corp, providing Quality Management services in geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting.
