Mary McAdams

Mary McAdams holds an MBA and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mead & Hunt since June 2022, Mary has extensive experience in various human resource roles, including HR Manager at Symbiont and Duncan Solutions, where responsibilities included strategic advisory to leadership teams and oversight of HR functions across multiple locations. Mary's previous positions encompassed HR roles at Milwaukee Area Technical College, Kohl's Department Stores as a Compensation Consultant, and multiple companies where foundational HR policies were established and refined. An alumnus of Carroll University for the MBA and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for a BBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management, Mary possesses a solid educational background to complement a robust career in human resources.
