Scott Hasburgh

Scott Hasburgh manages transportation projects including highway improvements, bridge replacements, interchanges, rehabilitations, and studies. Scott has experience in bridge and highway design projects, utility coordination, public involvement, environmental studies, PS&E preparation, erosion control plans, traffic control plans, and project administration. With a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Scott has held various project management and engineering positions in reputable companies such as Mead & Hunt, Short Elliott Hendrickson, and Miller Engineers & Scientists.
