Thomas Foxlee

Thomas Foxlee is the president of Meadow Brook Theatre. Thomas was previously the director of global competitive intelligence at Ford Motor Company from January 1971 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for a $1.5 million budget and managing the senior analysts who developed and tracked competitive cycle plans globally. Thomas was also responsible for a weekly newsletter which included auto show reports, product analysis, and special topics selected to highlight Ford’s global competitive issues.

During their time at Ford Motor Company, Foxlee conducted S.W.O.T. analyses and reviews of Ford's competitive position with corporate officers, used to identify key business plan decisions. Thomas also developed future competitive product activity by market, providing insights used to optimize future and current Ford Motor Company product platform strategies. Thomas was selected to be the global competitive product expert on the team that developed the Corporate Business Plan presented at the annual Board Meeting. Additionally, they created and published the weekly “Product Insider” newsletter that focused on issues and ensured consistent marketing and product strategies. Finally, they were selected as a senior member of the Microsoft / Ford Team that developed the initial version of Ford Sync, a feature that enabled premium pricing for Focus and a reason to switch brands.

Thomas Foxlee obtained their MBA in Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained their MS in Engineering from Oakland University and their BS in Engineering from Oakland University.
