Jasmin Estrera has extensive experience in food technology and quality management, currently serving as Quality Manager at Meadow Mushrooms since November 2016, after holding the position of Quality Officer. Previous roles include Food Technologist and Quality and Risk Manager at Harringtons Breweries from February 2015 to August 2016, Food Technologist at Independent Fisheries Ltd from May 2009 to December 2013, and Technical Officer - Product Development at Tegel Foods Ltd between March 2003 and September 2008. Jasmin also worked as R&D/QA Manager at Jollibee Foods Corporation USA from January 1999 to November 2002, where responsibilities included technology transfer and standardizing SOPs for product quality. Early career at Jollibee Foods Corporation from February 1986 to December 1998 involved various R&D and QA roles domestically and internationally. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines (Visayas), earned in 1982.
