Rich Rivera, ARM has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rich started their career at Hub International as an Account Executive, where they handled middle market construction companies and successfully achieved new business goals each month. Rich then worked at The Hartford as an Executive Sales Representative before joining CNA Insurance as a Field Sales Director. At CNA Insurance, they supported and directed field sales specialists across the Midwest branches, established initiatives to promote small business growth, and engaged with agency distributors. Currently, Rich Rivera is the Vice President of Marketing at Meadowbrook Insurance Agency, where they lead the marketing efforts across retail offices, manages agency carrier relationships, and exceeds new business and retention production goals.
Rich Rivera, ARM, has a comprehensive education history, including a degree in Risk Management and Engineering. Rich began their academic journey at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from 1999 to 2004. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education by enrolling at ARM, where they earned an Associate in Risk Management degree from 2008 to 2010. With an educational background in both Engineering and Risk Management, Rich is equipped with a diverse skill set to excel in various professional roles.
