Kristen Barrett

Kristen Barrett has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 1999. Kristen started their career at Fundamental as the Regional Clinical Services Director and Chief Nursing Officer from 1999 to 2007. Kristen then moved to Shawnee Mission Health as a Nurse Manager from 2006 to 2007. Barrett returned to Fundamental as the Director of Clinical Services from 2007 to 2010. Kristen then moved to St. Joseph Medical Center as a Clinical Quality Outcomes Nurse from 2010 to 2011. Barrett then joined HealthSouth as the Interim CEO and Director of Quality and Risk Management from 2011 to 2014. Kristen is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Promise Hospital of Overland Park since 2014 and Chief Executive Officer at Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital since 2020.

Kristen Barrett attended Pittsburg State University from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in the field of Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
