Lynne Algrant serves as the President & CEO of Meadowlands YMCA since December 2025 and has been a consultant with H 10 A Consulting since September 2006, focusing on leadership, diversity, management, and strategic planning. Previously, Lynne held various significant positions, including Board Member for the Community Action Partnership - National Office from October 2022 to December 2025, Vice President of Health Opportunities and Director of Unity Health at Greater Bergen Community Action, Inc. from August 2023 to November 2025, and Chief Executive Officer at Bergen Volunteers from 2015 to June 2020. Lynne also served as a City Council Member-at-Large and Council President for the City of Englewood, NJ, from January 2010 to July 2020. Education includes a Master's degree in English from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in English and History from Emory University.
