Brook Marcotte is the Event Services Leader at Meadowlark. She provides leadership to the café and front-of-house restaurant staff, is responsible for room reservations, catering orders, and event planning.
Brook began working at Meadowlark in 2014 when she started as the Café Leader. She completed her associate's degree in dietary management in 2013 at Barton County Community College. Brook also attended Emporia State University and Kansas State University. She is a member of the Association of Nutrition and Food Professionals.
