Kashaya Zukowske

Kashaya Zukowske, RN, is the Health Services Coordinator at Meadowlark. She leads the Shared CMA team, participates in the Quality Assurance and At-Risk teams. Kashaya assists with scheduling training and is a resource to household leadership and staff. She also supports the organization as the Infection Control Nurse. Kashaya reviews and maintains infection control standards and policies.

In July 2016, Kashaya joined the team at Meadowlark as the Health Services Assistant. Prior to coming to Meadowlark, Kashaya worked as a CNA, CMA, Social Services Designee, and within the business office at Stoneybrook Retirement Community. She also worked as a CMA at Homestead Assisted Living.

Kashaya completed the LPN program at Hutchinson Community College’s Fort Riley campus in July 2018. She completed the ADN program at Manhattan Area Technical College (MATC) in May 2021.

Kashaya is a member of the MATC Professional Advisory Council and is involved with LeadingAge Kansas.

Originally from Concordia, Kan., Kashaya now lives in Manhattan, Kan. with her significant other, Temetrius Robinson, and their two dogs, Optimus and Mason.
