Michelle Haub

Special Programs Leader at Meadowlark

Michelle Haub is the Special Programs Leader, which provides direct oversight to Meadowlark Parkinson's Program and Meadowlark Memory Program. Her responsibilities include to lead the Parkinson’s Core Team, Memory Program Core Team, organize, supervise and assist with current and new program development for both programs, manage the Parkinson’s Lending Library, coordinate facility and community-based education programs, assist in the organization and facilitation of the Speedy PD 5K/10K Race for Parkinson’s and the Pig Out for Parkinson's.

Michelle completed her Bachelor of Arts in communication sciences with an emphasis in disorders from Fort Hays State University in 1993. She earned her master’s in speech-language pathology from Fort Hays State in 1994. Michelle has worked as a speech-language pathologist in Junction City, Kan., Conway, Ark., and Topeka, Kan.

In 2005, Michelle began working as a speech-language pathologist at Meadowlark. The Parkinson’s Program development was added in 2006. She is a co-developer of the Brain Fitness Gym, a program that occurs twice a week on the Meadowlark Hills campus that provides opportunities for participants to exercise their minds through computer and video games, social games, and brain-teasers. The Memory Program began in the fall of 2015.

Michelle lives in Manhattan with her husband Mark and their two children, Trae and Trewman.
