Michelle Newcomb

Michelle Newcomb has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Michelle started their career in 1998 at Silver State Bank, where they served as the VP/Bank Operations Officer and Divisional Manager for the AZ division until 2008. Michelle then joined Town & Country Bank as a Compliance Administrator from 2009 to 2011, responsible for enforcing regulatory laws and conducting internal audits. From 2011 to 2015, Michelle worked at Pinnacle Bank (AZ) as the VP/Operations & Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance activities and receiving top ratings in Regulatory Compliance by the FDIC. Michelle then joined Infinity Health Connections as the Director of Operations, focusing on client database development, process improvement, and business expansion in the Nevada Personal Injury Market from 2015 to 2021. Michelle also worked at PROVE Partners as the Director of Case Management from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Meadows Bank, where they serve as the VP/Assistant BSA Officer since 2022, and will assume the role of VP/Compliance Officer starting in January 2023.

Michelle Newcomb attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Business Management.
