Elizabeth Hargraves

Elizabeth Hargraves, NBC-HWC, CIEC, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Associate and Continuing Care Coordinator at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, where responsibilities include researching transition of care resources and coordinating tailored solutions for patients. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Meadows, dedicated to holistic patient treatment. At Vincere Health, Elizabeth focused on smoking cessation and program development for vulnerable populations. Elizabeth also has experience as a Health Coach at Noom Inc., managing a large caseload while contributing to strategic planning. Elizabeth began their career as an Executive Assistant at Thermo King West and as an Office Manager at Dysart Unified School District, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Health Coaching from ASU College of Health Solutions, and an Associate of Arts degree from Glendale Community College.
