Whitney Howzell

Whitney Howzell, Ph.D., LCSW-S, M.Ed., MPH, CSAT-S, currently serves as Group Executive Director at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare and has held the position of Executive Director at Claudia Black Young Adult Center since March 2019. With extensive experience in education, Whitney functions as an Adjunct Instructor at Grand Canyon University, teaching Trauma-Informed Care, and previously taught Advanced Generalist Practice in Public Health at Delaware State University.
